Your fertility journey is unique – and so is your body. As a Fertility Nutritionist, I understand what your body needs to create the best possible conditions for conception. Whether you’re trying naturally, preparing for IVF, or managing hormonal imbalances such as PCOS or endometriosis, nutrition plays a vital role in supporting your reproductive health.

I’m here to help you feel empowered, informed, and in tune with your body – whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or undergoing fertility treatment.

Through tailored dietary and lifestyle changes, we’ll work together to:

1. Balance your hormones naturally
2. Support healthy ovulation and egg quality
3. Reduce inflammation that can affect fertility
4. Optimise nutritent levels for conception and early pregnancy
5. Support your partner’s fertility health too

Fertility nutrition is not about restriction – it’s about nourishment. The aim is to bring your body into balance so it can do what it’s designed to do.

If any of these sound familiar, personalised fertility nutrition can help you improve your chances of conception and feel more supported on your journey.

Male and female factors both play a huge role. In fact:

– 35% of infertility cases are due to female factors alone
– 30% due to male factors alone
– 20% involve both partners
– 15% remain unexplained

It’s a team effort – understanding both sides is key!

Why Fertility Nutrition Matters

Nutrition plays a vital role in every stage of conception – from supporting hormone balance and ovulation to preparing the body for pregnancy. The right nutrients can influence egg and sperm quality, improve implantation rates, and reduce inflammation that may interfere with fertility.

Modern lifestyles, stress, and hormonal conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis and thyroid imbalances can all make conception more challenging – but with tailored nutrition, you can help to restore balance and improve your chances of success.

Why Choose Me

When it comes to fertility challenges, the waiting, the uncertainty, and the frustration of not knowing what your body needs – it can be exhausting.

As someone living with endometriosis, I understand the obstacles certain conditions can bring. Having experienced the implications and impact of this condition myself, I quickly realised how little support there was for women struggling with fertility challenges through nutrition. That’s what inspired me to specialise in hormone and fertility health – to help others find the guidance and support I once needed.

When we work together, you’ll receive more than a plan. You’ll be supported by someone who truly gets it.

How it Works

How soon should I start working on my nutrition before trying to conceive?

Ideally, around three to six months before trying to conceive. This gives your body time to build nutrient stores, balance hormones, and support healthy egg and sperm development. But it’s never too late or too early to start, every positive change makes a difference.

However, I focus on sustainable changes that also support you through pregnancy, after birth, and the remainder of your life!

Can fertility nutrition help if I’m going through IVF or assisted fertility treatment (ART)?

Yes, nutrition can complement medical fertility treatments well. It can help improve egg and sperm quality, regulate hormones, encourage implantation, and support your body’s response to treatment. I often work with clients preparing for or undergoing IVF to help them feel more nourished and resilient

Do you work with same-sex couples or solo parents?

Absolutely. Fertility support is for everyone, no matter your gender, relationship status or path to parenthood. My approach is inclusive, supportive, and tailored to your individual journey.

What does a fertility nutrition consultation involve?

We’ll start with an in-depth consultation to explore your health, lifestyle and fertility goals. From there, I’ll create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to support your hormone balance and overall fertility. You’ll receive practical, evidence-based guidance and ongoing support as you move through the process.

Do I need to take supplements, or can I rely on food alone?

Food forms the foundation of fertility nutrition, but supplements can help fill in specific nutrient gaps – especially for key nutrients like folate, vitamin D and omega-3s. Any supplement recommendations will be tailored to you, based on your diet and goals.

Can fertility nutrition still help if I’ve been told there’s a hormonal condition such as PCOS?

Yes, while nutrition can’t replace medical care, it can play a supportive role in many cases. By improving your nutrient intake, hormone balance and overall wellbeing, you can create the most favourable environment possible for conception and treatment.
