As someone living with endometriosis, I understand the obstacles certain conditions can bring. Usually 1 hour. You’ll receive tailored, personal nutritional advice during this session and I’ll answer any questions you may have.
Within 1–2 days, you’ll receive your personalised meal plan and written summary of recommendations.
Depending on your package, you’ll have additional consultations (e.g, a longer couple session or a follow-up appointment).
Your support doesn’t end after our consultation. Once you’ve received your summary and recommendations, I’ll still be here to answer any general questions and offer ongoing guidance whenever you need it.
I never want my clients to feel that’s the end – once you’re my client, you’ll always have my support where I can offer it.
If you’re an existing or previous client and would like additional in-depth consultations, whether for fertility, during pregnancy (once you’ve seen those two lines!), breastfeeding, or PCOS, endometriosis, for example – you’ll receive 30% off any future consultations if you book within a year.
Ideally, around three to six months before trying to conceive. This gives your body time to build nutrient stores, balance hormones, and support healthy egg and sperm development. But it’s never too late or too early to start, every positive change makes a difference.
However, I focus on sustainable changes that also support you through pregnancy, after birth, and the remainder of your life!
